1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to identifiable or reasonably identifiable information. Generally, you are not legally obligated to provide the information detailed below; however, failure to provide it may prevent us from offering you certain services ("Information").
1.4. The information will be stored in the Association's database for the time necessary for the Association to fulfill its legally permitted purposes and according to this Privacy Policy ("Database" and "the Purposes," respectively).
